Council Refund Policy


Council Refund Policy:  Pre-Registration is means payment is paid in the Scout Service Center by the pre-registration deadline.  Refunds - Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 14 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 25% administrative charge.  We regret No Refunds will be made after the 14-day cancellation deadline.  All cancellations must be submitted to the Scout Service Center in writing.   Non-Scouting programs such as Darien Lake have their own policies usually printed on the tickets/flyers and we must follow their policy.  This policy went into effect September 1, 1997 and has been included in the yearly Program Launch packets and is available at the Service Centers.
