Youth Protection Training Course

 

Any adult who is serving in a leadership position with a Cub Scout Pack, Boy Scout Troop, or Venturing Crew, must complete an Adult Volunteer Application with the Iroquois Trial Council. These positions include:

  • Chartered Organization
  • Committee Chairman
  • Committee Member
  • Merit Badge Counselors
  • Scoutmaster
  • Assistant Scoutmaster 
  • Varsity Scout Coach 
  • Assistant Varsity Scout Coach 
  • Den Leader Coach
  • Camp Staff
  • Cubmaster 
  • Assistant Cubmaster 
  • Tiger Cub Group Coach
  • Webelos Den Leader
  • Assistant Webelos Den Leader 
  • Venturing Advisors/Skippers
  • Den Leader 
  • Assistant Den Leader
  • Any other adult serving as a leader working directly with youth. 

Any person serving in any of the above positions not registered with the Boy Scouts of America is in violation of the Youth Protection Guidelines
